How Much of Your Life Are You Actually Living, and How Much of it Are You Trying to GET RIGHT

Your body is physical.

But is everything that informs it?

We are very good at investigating what can be observed, measured and assessed at the physical level.

Information Field work begins with a different question:

What if some of the information organising the physical experience exists outside the level we normally assess?

This is the territory I explore through TimeWaver Pro.

You've looked everywhere for the answer.

You analyse your childhood, look at your patterns, read the book, listen to the podcast. You ask your friends, ask the universe, ask a coach, or a healer.

You find someone who seems to have finally figured it all out.

You get another explanation, another framework, another thing to work on.

For a while, it feels like you've finally got somewhere.

Until, you find yourself doing the same bloody thing again.

At some point, the question has to change.

And, maybe, you don't need another person to explain you to you.

Most people come to me when they’ve already tried a lot of things but still find themselves facing the same themes in different forms whether that’s in health, relationships, work, money or life in general.

You Might recognise yourself here:

  • Relationship dynamics

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Overthinking & internal exhaustion

  • Life direction & clarity

  • Business/money pressure

  • Feeling stuck despite years of self-development

WHAT WE'RE ACTUALLY LOOKING AT

A lot of what shapes our experience happens before we consciously notice it.

A thought appears and we can immediately treat it as truth. An emotion arises and we assume it is telling us what to do. Someone reacts to us and suddenly their reaction becomes evidence about who we are. We make a decision based on an assumption, then spend weeks trying to make the decision feel right.

Most of the time, we don't even notice we're doing it.

This is where much of my work begins. I'm interested in what happens when you become able to see your own thinking while you're thinking, notice your assumptions while you're making them and recognise the difference between direct experience and the story you've built around it.

It's not about distrusting everything or endlessly analysing yourself. It about becoming more discerning about what actually deserves your trust.

You might notice an urge to contact someone and realise you don't have to immediately obey it. You might catch yourself turning a fact into a story and recognise that you don't actually know the rest. You might notice that you're seeking certainty, approval or control and become curious about what is really driving that need.

The point isn't to stop having thoughts, emotions or reactions. The point is to notice them before they automatically become instructions.

That small space between what happens and what you do with what happens can change a great deal.

For me, consciousness isn't an idea to believe in. It is something to investigate. And the investigation can go much further than learning how to manage your reactions. It can lead into the assumptions underneath your identity, the stories you have accepted about yourself and the explanations you've built around your life.

That's why the work can look very different from one person to the next.

We might be looking at a relationship, a decision, a recurring pattern, a fear, a desire, an identity you've become attached to, or a belief about how reality works. The subject matters, but so does the way you're looking at it.

You don't need to arrive with the right question. Sometimes the most useful thing we can do is find out that the question you came in with wasn't quite the question after all.

THIS IS WHERE CONSCIOUSNESS MENTORING BEGINS

I work with people who are ready to examine what is actually happening rather than automatically believing the first explanation that appears.

That can start with something completely ordinary. A decision you can't make. A relationship that keeps triggering the same response. A situation you cannot stop thinking about. The feeling that everyone else's needs somehow become your responsibility. The strange gap between what you say you want and the choices you keep making.

But we don't have to stay at the surface. Because underneath an ordinary problem can be an assumption you never questioned, an identity you have mistaken for yourself, a desire you haven't admitted, a fear you have turned into a rule, or a story you have been treating as fact for so long that you no longer recognise it as a story.

Sometimes the thing you are trying to solve isn't the thing that actually needs investigating.

YOU DON'T NEED
ANOTHER
BELIEF SYSTEM

There is an entire industry built around telling people what their experiences mean.

Your symptoms mean this. Your relationship means that. Your trauma is showing you this. Your soul chose that. Your sign means you're on the right path. Your ego is blocking you. Your energy needs clearing. Your childhood explains everything. Your manifestation isn't working because you have the wrong belief.

Sometimes an explanation is useful. Sometimes it is simply another story that gives the mind something to hold onto.

I'm interested in what happens when we slow down enough to tell the difference.

What actually happened? What did you add? What are you assuming? What are you taking on faith? What do you know directly? What are you desperately trying to make true? And what happens when you stop needing one particular answer to be the answer?

That is where consciousness becomes practical.

AND THIS IS WHERE

Inner Authority

COMES IN

Trusting yourself isn't about believing every thought that passes through your head. It isn't about following every feeling, calling every impulse intuition or deciding that your first instinct must always be right.

Sometimes your judgement will be wrong.

That's allowed.

Inner Authroity is being able to examine your own experience without immediately handing the job of interpretation to somebody else. It is knowing when you genuinely know something, recognising when you are making an assumption, and having enough discernment to sit with uncertainty without immediately running off to find someone who will tell you what to think.

That changes the relationship you have with almost everything.

Other people's opinions don't disappear. Your emotions don't disappear. Your doubts don't disappear. The world certainly doesn't start behaving itself. You simply stop treating every thought, feeling, reaction or external event as an instruction.

This is Not About Becoming More spiritual

I don't want to give you a better belief system. I want you to become capable of seeing what you're actually believing. Because eventually, even the beliefs you consider "spiritual" need to be examined.

Developing the inner authority to think, see and choose for yourself.

In fact, some of the things you believe about spirituality might eventually end up on the table.

What if the thing you call your ego is something you can learn to recognise rather than something you need to destroy? What if the identity you have been defending is part of the experience you are trying to understand? What if you can see the mechanism without turning it into another problem to fix?

We can question the stories we have inherited about ourselves, reality, consciousness and choice. We can look at the assumptions underneath them. We can examine the apparent opposites we have been taught to choose between and ask whether the choice itself belongs to the illusion.

Red pill or blue pill?

Perhaps the interesting question is why you were told there were only two.

And then we can question that question too.

YOU GET TO THINK.

You get to disagree with me. You get to change your mind. You get to tell me that something doesn't make sense. You get to discover that something you were absolutely certain about was wrong.

That isn't failure. It is by design... part of being able to think for yourself.

My role is to bring another perspective, ask the question you haven't asked, challenge the assumption you are treating as fact and help you see what you may be too close to see.

What you do with that is yours. Because the goal of this work isn't for you to become very good at asking me what I think.

The goal is for you to trust your own capacity to see, discern, choose and act.

THAT'S THE WIN!

EXPLORE THE MENTORING PATH

TING!

Sometimes you don't need a six-month programme to see what's actually going on. You only need 3 weeks to interrupt the loop.

My work, although serious, is fun too. “Ting” is Mandarin for “stop”, which felt rather appropriate.

You need somewhere to stop, look properly and have an honest conversation that doesn't simply confirm the story you've already been telling yourself.

The three-week mentoring offer is a focused place to start. We work with what is actually alive in your life now, follow the questions that matter and begin separating what you know from what you assume, what you want from what you think you should want, and what is actually yours from what you have taken on from everyone around you.

You won't be given homework designed to turn you into a better version of yourself. The work happens through the conversation, the questions, what you notice between sessions and what you begin seeing differently because of it.

Three weeks. Three conversations. A place to start thinking for yourself again.

$495

INNER AUTHORITY

Some questions don't fit neatly into three sessions.

The deeper work is what happens when we keep looking after the initial problem has lost some of its urgency. You start seeing the same mechanisms in different areas of your life. You catch yourself sooner. You notice where you have been outsourcing your judgement. You begin recognising the difference between what you actually want and what your identity says you should want.

Weekly mentoring over 90 days gives us the space to follow that.

There is no predetermined curriculum because your life doesn't follow one either. We work with what is happening, what you are noticing and the questions that emerge as you become more willing to look without immediately reaching for an answer.

Sometimes we will stay very practical. Sometimes the conversation will take us into consciousness, identity, ego, perception, reality, choice or the assumptions underneath the whole situation.

The point isn't how far down the rabbit hole we can go. The point is whether you can see more clearly when you come back up.

90 days. Weekly conversations. Enough time for the work to become yours to embody.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT BEFORE YOU START

You don't need the right terminology. You don't need to be spiritual. You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formed question. You just need to be willing to look.

Because consciousness isn't another project you have to complete before you are allowed to live your life. Come as you are. Bring what is happening. We'll see what is actually there.

Sessions are online and work with both insightful conversation & Informational Field Recalibration through TimeWaver Pro.

My measure of success is almost the opposite.

If you leave with better questions, sharper discernment and more trust in your own judgement, we're doing something useful. And if one day you realise you don't need me anymore?

Perfect.

That's the win.

VOICES OF TRANSFORMATION

“Onkar taps into parts of you that you don’t  even remember exist. The ones you had probably numbed down due to past trauma.  She lights up a spark in your mind for new and better possibilities. AND shows you exactly how to make them your reality. Now how I practice that is my responsibility.

Onkar has this unique ability to go inside you like I literally felt she was inside my head and my heart when she was talking about my thoughts and how I felt. It was so scary, but in a good way, very good way. She really knew what was going on for me. For the first time in 45 years, I felt I was seen and heard and also supported.“

“Onkar’s teachings are from her own personal experiences and is delivering wisdom of actioning choices of a higher frequency, to create abundance and gratitude .

Elevation occurs to a higher choice point and mind set. “

Another client said on his first session "I don’t know what you do but I was told you come out a different person after a session with you."
